About Jen
Jen Seely took her first yoga class in 2007 with the intention to add more stretching and strengthening to her regular exercise routine. She found herself feeling more grounded and peaceful after each practice in a deeper way than she expected. The subtle, transformative power of yoga is what kept her coming back to it over the years.
Yoga slowly became a way of living for Jen as she learned to practice with intention, cultivate present-moment awareness, and deeply feel the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit. Her practice has contributed to significant healing and personal growth during challenging times. In Spring 2024, she completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Pod in Longmont, CO, with the primary goal of deepening her personal practice. However, as she learned more and deepened her practice, she realized she had a passion to share the powerful and meaningful gift of yoga with others.
Jen’s yoga teacher training now includes Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Trauma-Informed Yoga and Pranayama. She began teaching part-time in May, 2024, and is incredibly grateful to be teaching yoga while maintaining her architectural career.
Jen aims to provide mindful, supportive classes while holding a welcoming and light-hearted space for students of all abilities and backgrounds. She is excited and honored to Root and Ground with each and every person she has the honor to guide in their own practice.
