About Jen

Jen Seely took her first yoga class 18 years ago with the intention to add more stretching and strengthening to her regular exercise routine. She found herself feeling more grounded and peaceful after each practice in a deeper way than she expected. The subtle, transformative power of yoga is what ultimately kept her coming back over the years.

Yoga slowly became a way of living for Jen as she learned to practice with intention, cultivate present-moment awareness, and deeply feel the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit. Her practice has contributed to significant healing and personal growth during challenging times. In Spring 2024, she completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Pod in Longmont, CO, with the primary goal of deepening her personal practice. However, as she learned more, she realized that she had a passion to share the gift of yoga with others.

Soon after completing her Yoga Teacher Training, she made the decision to step back from her 20-year career as an architect to focus on yoga and philanthropy. She is now an RYT 200 Registered Yoga Teacher with additional training in Pranayama and Mindful, Trauma-Informed Yoga. She aims to provide mindful, meaningful, and fun classes while holding a supportive and caring space for students of all backgrounds and abilities. She is excited and honored to Root and Ground with each and every person she has the honor to guide in their own practice.
